October 2024 Volunteer of the Month - Katie
October brings with it lots of changes and one exciting change we want to make sure everyone knows about is one of our newer volunteers, Katie. She has been such a blessing to the Paw Patrol family, helping out with so many different things and always asking who needs assistance. We love volunteers like Katie!!! Here is a bit about her and why she volunteers with us:
“As a passionate advocate for animal welfare, I joined the Paw Patrol team to make a tangible impact. As a busy mom, I refused to let my lifestyle hinder my passion for helping animals in need. Joining Paw Patrol was an excellent decision, enabling me to collaborate with diverse animals and assist with veterinary appointments, ensuring their health and happiness for future adoption.
I enjoy communicating with local businesses seeking to sponsor an animal in need, or finding donations for our auctions to help fund animals in need has been a fulfilling mission.
Recently, I've been trained to process applications, matching animals with suitable owners. I am thrilled to assist the passionate team at Paw Patrol in finding animals find their well-deserved furever homes. Join our community, supporting one another in making the world a better place through animal care, one loving paw print at a time.”
